A few days ago, some student was infected with covid-19, so our club activity was prohibited and I lost the opportunity in which I can exercise. This time, I want to write my plans of exercising. Before this incident, I exercised about 15 hours a week, but I don't think I can do so much time by myself, so I want to exercise everyday for a little time , for example, running for 30 minutes.
Still sounds hard to me!
